1. Services Provided
I provide professional mentorship and psychological services, including but not limited to:
Webinars, seminars, and workshops on life, growth, and success.
Parenting mentorship.
Relationship management sessions.
Counselling for mental health and well-being.
These services are for educational and guidance purposes and should not be considered a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
2. Registration & Payments
To attend events or book services, you must complete the registration process through this website or authorized platforms.
Payments must be made in advance via the available payment gateways.
All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Events/Webinars/Workshops: Fees are refundable only if the event is cancelled by me. If you cannot attend, refunds are not guaranteed but you may request access to a recording or re-attendance at a future session (subject to availability).
Mentorship & Counselling Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled. No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations.
4. Intellectual Property
All event materials, recordings, presentations, workbooks, and resources provided during my webinars, seminars, and workshops are the intellectual property of Dr. Naveen Kumar.
You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, sell, or share these materials without prior written permission.
5. Event Participation
By registering, you agree to participate respectfully and avoid disruptive behaviour.
I reserve the right to remove any participant from a live session without refund if they engage in misconduct.
6. Research & Use of Data
Information shared during webinars, seminars, or workshops may be anonymised and used for research or programme improvement purposes.
Your personal identity will never be disclosed in such use.
7. Third-Party Tools & Services
My website and services use third-party tools (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment gateways, webinar platforms). By using this site, you consent to your necessary information being shared with these service providers for the smooth running of services.
8. Limitation of Liability
While I strive to provide the best possible mentorship and guidance, results may vary depending on individual circumstances and participation.
I shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of my services or website.

Your use of this website and services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how your information is collected and used.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
