Refund Policy

PSYCHOSCIENTS makes best efforts to provide counseling services in professional manner while keeping in mind the needs and interests of the service recipient. A Counsellor or therapist gives you their exclusive time and blocks it for you when you schedule an appointment with them. Kindly respect their time (or the value of time in general) and other clients’ time who could have used that slot for their well-being when you don’t show up for the scheduled session. However there may be situations where a recipient may be dissatisfied with the services and ask for a refund of the money paid by them to PSYCHOSCIENTS. The conditions under which PSYCHOSCIENTS may provide such refund and the Terms and Conditions associated with it are specified in the Refund Policy. PSYCHOSCIENTS  will not, under any circumstances other than specified here, entertain any request for refund.

 

The terms “you” or “your” refer to you as a registered user and the terms “PSYCHOSCIENTS”, “we”, “us, “company” and “our” refer to PSYCHOSCIENTS company. Registered user means any person who has completed the registration process for receiving services offered by PSYCHOSCIENTS after the payment of the requisite fees. You will be entitled to invoke this refund policy only as long as you are a Registered user.

 

Your right to claim refund may arise in case of the following events/situations:

 

Any accounting error: for example, your account was charged for more than the actual number of availed session(s).

If your session is scheduled to be taken through online mode (Tele-counselling/Tele-therapy/Tele-consultation,) and if there had been a network problem from either side (Therapist or Client), the session can only be rescheduled, either through online mode or in-person; the fee paid for such a session will not be refunded.

If appointment is cancelled by the counsellor/therapist due their personal reason, you can request for a full refund.

If the counsellor/therapist does not show up during appointed time, you can request for a full refund.

If the client/patient does not show up during appointed time, no refund will be issued.

In case the session/consultation slot (time and/or date) is rescheduled by client’s side, the fee can be adjusted for the same client only. The client can request for change of slot (time and/or date), if available, with the fee they have paid. The change of slot should be requested at least 24 hours before the session/consultation, otherwise the fee will not be adjusted/refunded.

All claims for refund must be made by you within a period of two days from the date of your receipt of services. Beyond this period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

 

Any issue other than those specified mentioned above specifically mentioned above shall not be covered under the refund policy. If any deficiency in services as reported by you is curable, PSYCHOSCIENTS may instead of refunding the money for services, at its discretion re-perform/re-provide the service.

 

Refund process:

 

You can submit a request for refund only through call/WhatsApp (+91-9888214685, between 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM) or by emailing us at support@drnaveenkumar.com. Your eligibility shall be determined once we receive the claim for refund to any of the above methods. Submission of request through any other methods shall not be entertained. Once the process is completed, we will communicate to you by email the amount of refund and a tentative date by which you may receive your refund. We try to respond to any request for refund within five days of receipt of your request.

 

Generally we take about seven business days to process a refund from the date of refund request is approved by us. Delay in crediting a refund may be due to various reasons such as time taken by the banking process for reflecting the refund in your account.
